No Fail Banana Muffin
Cepat dimasak senang dimakan..buat muffin ni lebih senang dr buat cekodok..gaul bahan2, bakar..dah boleh makan..kalo buat cekodok kene gaul pastu kene tercegat depan kuali nak menggorengnye..betul tak??..sooo meh kite layan muffin arini ye..amik rcp kat umah izah@Izah Muffin Lover thanksss izah...fiza cnp rcp tu ye...best muffin ni..tak la banyak sgt..cukup utk kami empat beranak minum petang...
bebudak tak sabar nak makan tu sbb ade colour rice..
NO FAIL BANANA MUFFIN

Ingredients :
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda*saya letak 3/4 tsp soda & 1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup sugar (I only used 3/4 cup)*next time nak kurangkan lagi
1/2 cup canola/corn oil (I used melted butter)
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla
Method :
Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Whisk sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add banana and vanilla, beating well
Add flour mixture and beat until well combined.
Bake at 180 deg C for 25 mins. (I baked them at 160 deg C for 25 mins)
Yields : 10 pcs for big cupcake casings or 18 pcs for smaller casings.
